Our Jarvis Jive: Beckham is NINE!! :)

Beckham is nine!! He was counting down the days until his birthday for months, haha. We were talking about how it's already been a year since he was baptized, it went so fast! He has learned and grown so much this past year. He is always ready to try new things, make more friends, and have a fun time. He took ski lessons for three months Jan-March this year and went from never having skied before to doing absolutely awesome! We have his improvement on video! He also tried mountain biking for the first time in April and did amazing, he caught on quick and was keeping up with Dad in no time. He also tried Jiu Jitsu and enjoyed that, he took a bowling class and improved a ton there, too, and he's made new friends in our ward and neighborhood so quickly. He is resilient, fun, strong, happy, and loves to do everything as fast as he can! He does amazing with his school work and he has really developed an even greater love for reading in the past few months (reminds me of myself as a kid, reading in bed on Sunday afternoons sometimes). He loves to build LEGO's, he LOVES cars and learning about them, he loves to build on Scratch and play Minecraft, and he loves jumping on the trampoline (especially if Dad or I are out there too). He is so good with Ander and Roz. Ander loves sharing a room with him and they have a special little bond, it's sweet. He loves to cook and bake, he also loves to draw silly pictures and cool cars. He has started teasing his siblings more as he's gotten older (it must be an age thing, Bridger has done it for a few years now, too!), but he brings such a happy, fun, sweet spirit to our family. I am so grateful he's ours forever, we love him so much!
