5 Months!! :)

Our little Ander Baby is 5 months!! :)

This little baby boy of ours is such a sweetheart. I love him so much. His facial expressions, his deep little voice, the way he wants to make eye contact and just talk...and talk...He wakes up with these sweet sleepy grins and starts talking to me with his sleepy little voice and then I just HAVE to wake up because he's so cute. He is a little magnet, for everyone! lol. His giggle is absolutely delicious, and so is everything else about him. He has the chubbiest thighs and arms, he is tasty all over. His nicknames are Ander, Ander Baby, Bubba, Snuggle Nugget, and Little One. His brothers think he is absolutely hilarious and want to play with him all day. We are so grateful for him. :)

• He can sit up for a few seconds at a time, and I sit behind him and help him balance when he needs it, he's doing great!
• When he lays on his belly for tummy time he scratches his little fingers on everything to feel it, it's cute. :)
• He has been able to hold himself up for awhile, and pushes with his legs, I think he will be able to hold the crawling position soon. 
• He has started this like deep-growly voice lately, lol. It is so loud and it's adorable. 
• He LOVES to play peek-a-boo, it makes him giggle. 
• He is wearing a few 6-9 month and some 9-12 month clothes now. 
• He loves this baby rattle ball and he loves another rattle we have, he shakes them all over and talks and talks!
• He nurses about every 3-4 hours, sometimes sooner. 
• He goes about 5 hours at night before nursing, then about every 2-3 after that. 
• He gets ready for bed at about 7-8 PM and sleeps (with nursing) until about 7 AM. 
• He has been getting sleep around 9 AM (short nap), 12:30 PM (longer nap), and then sometime in the evening before bed around 5-6 (short nap). 
• He loves to sleep with the blanket my Mom made him, it has the silky trim on it and he loves to scratch it and hold it while he falls asleep. :)
• He has been going to sleep on his own occasionally, but I usually have to be there with him. I think he will have to start napping in his crib soon because he can roll so well now, he has been sleeping on our bed up to this point.
• He still loves to be carried around with me in the Solly wrap, but we have been going on two mile walks every morning and he doesn't want to fall asleep in the stroller anymore, so I've started using the Ergo because he is getting so big! He falls asleep in either one, and I absolutely love those cuddles.  

4 Months!! :)

This sweet little Ander boy is 4 months!! :) I love him so much. He is such a sweetheart. His big blue eyes literally twinkle and he's a little magnet for everyone who sees him. He started learning how to "slap" his little arms to reach out for things or feel things, so in the middle of the night for a couple weeks he started doing that to stay awake, lol. When he wakes up in the morning he gives me this adorable, huge, sleepy baby grin and then I just HAVE to stay there and play with him. Yummy. We moved and are in a new ward now, and all these ladies just want to hold him and tell me how cute and yummy he is, it's cute.

All those rolls, though.

• At his four month appointment he was at 88% for height and 73% for weight, he weighs 16.7 pounds. Big boy!! :)
• He is wearing 6-9 or 6-12 month clothes, he has one outfit that is 4-6 months that still fits, lol. 
• He takes around 3 naps every day, but still doesn't have a set schedule...he wakes up around 8 AM gets sleepy about an hour later and takes a nap, then another one in the afternoon around 11-12 and a third one in the late afternoon, then he usually goes to sleep for the night around 8 or 9. He wakes up a few times to nurse during the night still, but he has gone about 6 hours the first part of the night a few times. 
• He is getting his rolling down really good! He is also holding his little toys stronger and loves to shake this little green rattle, I think because it's so noisy and little, lol. 
• He is cooing so much and loves to talk and use his little voice!
• He loves to be wrapped in a blanket to go to sleep in my arms, the swaddle makes him sleepy. He also loves music and will fall asleep if I turn it on. 
• He still loves to be in the Solly wrap with me, but I don't use it quite as much now that he's bigger and can play on the floor for a little bit, I do still use it at church and he will sleep in it for awhile, which helps. 
• His laugh is so adorable. He's way ticklish and also loves to play peekaboo and pat-a-cake, he smiles and laughs. :)
• He loves his brothers! Beckham likes to rub his cheek on Ander's cheek and snuggle him and kiss him, Bridger loves to beat box for him and he thinks it's funny, and Benson will occasionally get on the floor with him, but mostly just yells "baby cry!" When he's crying, lol. A couple weeks ago, Benson was supposed to be asleep, but he's in a stage where he gets out of his bed every night after we've tucked him in and turns on his light then sits by his door and yells out of the little space at the bottom, he'll yell, "I yuv you!!!" And he'll put his little fingers out so Captain will come over and lick them, among other things, lol. One night Anderson started crying in the next room over and he yells out the bottom of the door, "baby cry!! baby cry!!" LOL. I love these boys so much. 
• He loves to sit in the green bouncer chair, he likes it better than any other toy or seat that we have, maybe because he can see everything or maybe because every time he kicks his cute little chubby legs it bounces, I'm not sure. 
• He still rubs his head from side to side when he's trying to wake up, and now that he's had more floor time he's rubbed an *almost* bald little patch in his hair, lol. I think now that he's rolling to his tummy so much though that it will hopefully grow back in pretty quick. 
• We've started taking walks on a river trail by our house and he loves to ride in the stroller! He falls asleep most of the time. I also have to watch Benson pretty close because he tries to feed him the snacks he doesn't like. 

He has started sleeping while holding on to his binky. It's adorable.
