Beckham turned TWO! :)

My little baby turned two on May 25th. We had his birthday that same day in Hurricane, and we were so happy that most of our family members could be there! It's hard to get that many people together, but we did it (probably because it was also on a holiday...). I did an ocean theme party and it turned out really cute, it was fun! I had a lot of help putting everything together from my mom and Jeremy, and the party was a little windy, but it was a blast!

I have the hardest time describing all the things I love about my boys. All the tiny details about who they are, the sound of their baby voices, the funny little things they do everyday...It's literally TOO CUTE to describe, my words don't do them justice. Beckham is so full of energy and has this outgoing personality that just draws people to him. He is very interactive and talks really well, he loves to dance and lead music, do actions to songs, run so "fast!", does awesome car sounds, can laugh so hard he makes himself laugh harder, he gives me these quick little kisses all the time and lately he has been acting like a puppy and likes to lick instead, ha ha.

He eats really well, pretty much anything I give him unless he's having a random "picky" day. He loves chicken and FRUIT. Oh my goodness, fruit, fruit, fruit. If he sees fruit he won't touch anything else the entire meal, so I literally have to hide it! He can take out like a whole Costco container of blueberries in a couple of days...that's a lot of blueberries for a two year old...it's the same with grapes and strawberries, oh, and raspberries. And he likes to call them all the same name, because I think he just doesn't care if it's a blueberry or grape...he just wants it. So sometimes he calls them all "gapes," and sometimes "booberries."

My favorite words: chockit (chocolate), fass (fast), moke (milk), nack (snack), helipopper (helicopter), "where's begum?" (playing peek a boo, where's Beckham?), hungy (hungry), pockorn (popcorn), yunch (lunch), mmm-mmmm (when something is really yummy, usually a treat, he nods his head with it, lol), and heavy favver (Heavenly Father).

He can say pretty much any word and knows them all, his sentences are coming right along, and so are his two year old molars. :) His prayers are adorable and anytime anyone says a prayer, he copies them, it's pretty funny, especially in Sacrament meeting, lol.

He is sleeping through the night, finally. It took until he was about 21 months. He has an occasional night, but it's getting more rare, and I am SO grateful. He goes to sleep at 8 and gets up around 7:30 every morning, then I put him in bed with me and he watches shows on the laptop until Bridger wakes up. :) He is still nursing at nap and bedtime, and he usually likes to nurse in the morning for a snack while we wait for Bridger to wake up.

Him and Bridger play well together, but they tease each other like crazy! They are cute together, though, and it's been fun to see Bridger take the "big brother" role the older he has gotten.

We have been so busy with moving that I haven't had time to get too emotional, but the more settled we get and the more time I have to just think, the closer I get to tears that my kids grow up so fast. I am so grateful for them.

I think Beckham enjoyed his party, check out the pics...
