I am 38 weeks today, this picture is at 37 weeks. :)
I've been measuring about 2 cm small most of this pregnancy, but at my 36 week appointment I was measuring 32 cm and baby's heartbeat was pretty fast, like 163-177. Our midwife was worried my amniotic fluid might be low because of the small measurement and fast heartbeat, so we went and got another ultrasound. We were so grateful to see that she is measuring right where she should be and the amniotic fluid was in the normal range, we think she just got really low the week before (and I was a little dehydrated the morning of our appointment), and I could tell because I felt like I had to pee so bad I almost needed to call for a ride on my morning walks! At the ultrasound her heartbeat was also in a more normal range, at 165 BPM.
- At 37 weeks I measured 34 cm and her heartbeat was 142-151 BPM.
And today we had our 38 week appointment,
- My belly measurement was 36 cm this morning and her heartbeat was 138-150 BPM, which is really good. Seasons said she feels pretty low, but she can still wiggle her head a little bit.
- I have to pee like every two hours at night, lol.
- I was doing my Jillian Michael's weight workout until 36.5 weeks, and I've still been walking about 2.5 miles 4 times per week. I did do my weight workout once this week, as well.
- I've been taking all the same vitamins, but I've been taking more probiotics. I eat three greek yogurts per day, my smoothie for breakfast, a couple eggs every few days, I eat six dates per day, and drink three cups of red raspberry leaf tea every day. Oh, and about 80-95 ounces of water/electrolyte drink per day. It's a lot! lol. I also go to the chiropractor once per week and I try to do the stretches he gives me a few times per week, I feel like the chiropractor and all the walking I've done this whole time have really helped my ligaments feel better this time. Oh, and I do my Hypnobabies class everyday.
- The braxton hicks contractions have been picking up a lot the last couple weeks, and some are definitely stronger than others.
- I still love the PUR mints!
