Roslyn is 9 months!! This little sugar drop is growing sooo fast. She has decided that her "booty scoot" wasn't fast enough and started crawling!! She does the tiniest little crawls, they are SO adorable. I think she is just really cautious, so she started with her booty scoot and then, after awhile, started these tiny little crawls where she only moves her little legs a tiny bit at a time. She's so adorable I can hardly handle it. She is so sweet and chubby, she's so fair and has these tiny little curls in her blonde hair, and then her rosy cheeks and bright blue eyes...my goodness gracious. She is as sweet as a peach. She loves to clap, and she has the cutest sleepy smiles. She has been sleeping in our bed with us, so at night I would just lay down with her and nurse her and then lay with her until she would go to sleep, but she started waking up an hour or two later and getting up to start crawling, so I would charge up there so she wouldn't fall off the bed and burst in the door and find her smiling at me with her biggest smile and her two tiny teeth showing. It melts my heart. SHE IS SO CUTE. After that started happening a lot I started nursing her in the rocking chair and putting her in the pack n' play next to the bed until I go to bed, then she sleeps the rest of the night with me. She brings so much joy to our family and is SO good for her brothers, they calm right down around her, lol.
The stages of pulling her bow off:

- She weighs almost 20 lbs and is wearing 9 month or 9-12 months clothes.
- She loves to say "dada," "nana," "mama," and "baba."
- She loves to dance and rock when she hears music!! It's adorable. And she loves to listen to music to go to sleep, lately we've been listening to Scripture Lullabies.
- She can crawl, and loves to pull herself up on things.
- She loves her binky.
- She LOVES her brothers and they are so happy to entertain and help her! It's so sweet.
- She has this really huge grin that she does when she sees herself in the mirror and she smiles at people, or when she wakes up from her nap. You HAVE to smile when she does that, lol.
- We've only been giving her pears and prunes because she was getting constipated with anything else, but she sure loves them!! She loves to use the little fruit teether (she loves to hold it all by herself) we have and suck on bananas, peaches, avocado, cucumber, carrot, and apples. She also loves puffs! Her chewing is SO cute to watch, lol, her yummy lips. She is also getting really good at picking things up off her tray with her fingers. :)
- She goes to bed around 7:30 and wakes up around 6:30-7 AM, she nurses 2-3 times at night still. She naps one time from around 11 AM-1 or 2 PM. She has been fighting sleep, she will shake her head back and forth, rub her eyes, flip over and start crawling, or fuss to keep herself awake! lol. I've started rocking her, but she doesn't want to be cradled, she likes to be facing forward and laying her back against me so she can see everything. She has also been occasionally waking up in the night for 1-2 hours straight, I think from teething or learning to crawl and things. She nurses during the day about four times.
- She is super attached to me, when I pick her up she squeezes me really tight, like she's giving me a hug and it's so sweet. I squeeze her back. :) Anytime I go anywhere without her, she gets fussy, so I don't do that very often and I don't mind at all.
- Every time we take her diaper off she scratches her little chubbies! It is SO cute. Every single time. She scratches everywhere, lol. I've made sure her diapers are comfy and not too tight, but she still always does it.
- Her little grumpy face is absolutely adorable.
- She still does her cute little lip spits, she is so funny!
- She loves peek-a-boo and having someone sit on the floor to play with her. :)
- She loves to play in the bath every night after she eats dinner.
