32 Weeks. :)

I am 32 weeks today. :)
  • I'm still craving mint. Peppermint, mostly. I found these mints without aspartame in them called PUR mints, they are pricey, but I can eat as many as I want and they are SO good. I refuse to admit how many I eat every day.
  • This little one is most active in the early morning, right before I get up, whenever I am hungry, or whenever I start pushing on my belly to say hello. :)
  • I have still been doing my bedtime routine for restless legs. I take magnesium, then eat granola with oats in it (to prevent insomnia), then I take a warm shower, put lotion with added lavender essential oils on, then I go straight to bed! It helps.
  • We are still trying to choose a name...lol.
  • I have started drinking red raspberry leaf tea, I'm trying to remember to take it everyday, I am supposed to be drinking 3 cups by now, lol. If I can get one in, I'm happy! I've also started drinking my protein shakes again in the morning for breakfast. I'm not quite sure where to fit in my three eggs per day!
  • The boys all love to feel the baby, and his kicks are getting so strong now that anyone sitting by me can see my belly moving! Jeremy was sitting next to me and got kicked in the arm the other day, it was cute. :) Benson likes to lift up my shirt and pat my belly, he says "baba," and seems to understand there is something there, but I don't think he knows it's a baby, lol.
  • I'm still working out five days a week, my Jillian Michaels workout. I modify what I need to, but I've been able to keep up so far. It is definitely getting harder to get up and down from the floor and do some of the exercises, but I know working out helps me feel better throughout the day, so I keep at it!
  • I have to pee about every 2 hours at night, lol.
  • I'm not completely sure, but I think the SPD has been a little easier to handle this time, maybe because I've been working out or maybe because of the vitamins I've been taking, or both. I am going to start going to the chiropractor this week, though, and I hope I can keep it more manageable.
  • I can't take the boys out for a walk or anywhere like that without Jeremy or another family member, because I can't keep up with them anymore! lol. Benson can run so fast already and he's only 21 months!

Thanksgiving and Christmas!!

We spent Thanksgiving and Christmas down in Hurricane again this year, and we had a blast! Thanksgiving we spent eating yummy food and playing Telestrations with family every night. It was so warm in Hurricane that we got to take the kids to the park a few times and play outside, which was really nice.

We shipped everything for Christmas to my parent's house, and they were kind enough to wrap it all for us before we got there! That meant that on Christmas Eve we got to play games instead of wrap all night, lol. It was fun. There has been a very full house this year, too! My parents, younger sister, my brother's family of four, us, and my aunt Kathie were there the entire time. There were definitely some very crazy, chaotic, hectic moments, but it was so good to see everyone and be able to spend time together.

Christmas Eve we did our traditional Jingo, put new Christmas pjs on the boys and read a Christmas story before they went to bed. We finished getting everything ready for the next morning and then the adults got to play some games before bed. The next morning, Beckham was up around 6 AM, he just came and sat in front of the presents all by himself and stared at them, lol, he's so good! Bridger and Benson woke up around 7 AM, so we got them all some quick breakfast while we waited for everyone to get ready (cause my kids do better with food in their bellies). We finally got to start opening, Bridger was very mellow, Beckham was SO HAPPY about every single thing. I loved it. Benson opened like two of his presents and then he was done, lol. We spent some time with the Jarvis family as well, having lunch and opening presents together, our boys had a blast playing with their cousins over there!

I had kind of a hard time getting in the Christmas spirit this year, it is hard for me to want to decorate when I know Christmas Eve and Christmas morning we will be away from home, but Jeremy was all over it this year!! He got everything out and let the boys help him put up lights and decorate the tree, it was adorable and I am very grateful for him.

Getting ready for JINGO!

A Christmas story from Grandma Brown before bed. She chose the right book because Benson actually sat down to listen...it's because it had "choo-choo's." Lol.

Ready for Christmas morning. :)

Waiting to open presents!!

Saying "CHEESE" which sounds like "Sheesh!" Lol.

The boys all got the things they asked for, so they were quite happy. We had a few rough spots Christmas morning, it was quite chaotic with so many people/families opening gifts together and so many little ones, but we got past those rough moments and made the day better. :) Jeremy got me the same dishes I have, but more (which I asked for), and new silverware! I got him a tie, new socks, and this specific air filter he's been wanting for his car, lol. I realized just now, though, that Jeremy and I didn't get any pictures together on Christmas, and I'm not in any of them. LOL. Next year I'll have to do better about remembering. :)

Anyway, New Year's Eve was pretty chill, everyone but Benson and I went to Jen and Cade's for games until about 10 PM. I put Benson to bed since he had missed his nap during church that day. When everyone got back we played some games, counted down to midnight, Jeremy and I kissed and hugged, then went straight to bed because we left for home early the next morning, lol. I have to say that it was very nice to be home after ten busy days with family, I love every single one of them but it was CRAZY! LOL. I almost didn't know what to do with myself being home.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!! :)

And some random pictures from the last couple months. :)

Beckham came downstairs and said, "now I can be Batman for Halloween!"
Me: Why?
Beckham: Cause this mask is better. I can scratch my nose *scratch scratch* and I can scratch my hair! *scratch scratch* LOLOL.
