What to do in the summer time?

Well, school is out for the summer, this is my short break before the final (and busiest) haul to graduation with my BS in psychology. Can I just say that I can NOT wait until I finish?! I am seriously going to have the biggest rockin grad party of the century. (In reality I will probably party with Bridger and my husband while watching a Disney movie with some popcorn, that's a pretty rockin party huh? ;) ).

Anyway, I'm bored. I'm always so focused on school that I don't have time to think about anything else besides Jeremy and Bridger, but now...I have T.I.M.E. Oh my heavens. What do I do now? (without feeling like a lazy butt, that's how I felt last week). I have really been wanting to learn "craftiness" since Jeremy bought me a sewing machine for Christmas. I found some great ideas this morning. But I must say that I'm scared cause whenever I try stuff like this it doesn't seem to turn out just right. I need to get over this little perfectionist thing goin on, I won't even try to make mashed potatoes anymore becuase the last two times they didn't turn out right and I got mad and I don't want to mess them up again...this has happened with french bread and some dinners as well as with sewing and some other things. I am taking care of this once and for all! Well, here are my ideas...I want to make a wwwaaayyyy cute apron that is way girlie *I love girlie stuff*, I am going to make pee pee tee pees for Bridger and his cousin Calum and maybe a few extra for baby shower gifts...I don't really want to get peed on anymore. :) I got the idea from here. This blog I found is awesome and has great ideas that seem pretty simple and have tutorials, and I found an idea for binkie clips from the same blog which you can see here, they look easy peasy. I'm also going to make a chalkboard dinner menu for my kitchen found here and...some other things that I haven't found yet! Now I just have to figure out where the money is going to come from to buy all the supplies...? I also want to learn how to shop with coupons. Any tips? I have til August to get all this good stuff done and learned, I'm feeling pretty ambitious, we'll see how I feel tomorrow. ha ha. ;) Oh, that reminds me! I found the cutest idea for father's day which I found on this awesome site. :) I really want to do it, it looks so cute. If anyone has any other ideas...let me know!!

So what's new with the Jarvis family? Well...

I have got some pretty fantastic news for everyone...I passed psychological statistics!!!!!! I almost gave up halfway through the semester because I hated that class and it was the hardest class I have ever taken in my life, it caused uncountable tears and *&%^$'s in my head, I figured I wasn't going to pass anyway...but my awesome husband kept telling me I could do it, and I did! Whoo!!! B- baby. That's where it's at. :) ha ha who would've thought I would be so excited about a B-....?

So my little stinker of a cute baby has never liked to sleep. Ever. Not even right after he was born. He has started taking better naps...but now he is going on a car seat strike...hopefully this passes quick. Oh yeah, Bridger had his 4 month appointment with a new doctor who I really like, he is sooo much better than the first one...and he actually listens to me. :) He weighed 16.1 pounds and was 25 inches tall so he was at the 90th percentile for weight and 80/85th for height. His head was at the 50th so that's all good, he's my chunky boy and I love it. :) He did really good with the shots too, so brave.

So so comfy. Thanks to mommy. Whoever designed cradle mattresses must sleep on a rock if they think they are comfortable...I improvised with a down pillow and extra blankets...I think he likes it. :)

Mother's day...Bridger got to try watermelon, carrots, and celery which he loved! Short side story-so, a couple weeks ago we were at Brick Oven with my parents and when I wasn't looking my dad put a little bite of chocolate parfait on the inside of Bridger's lip, when i saw it, *slow motion* I reached over and swiped it out of his mouth! Oh my goodness, I have got my hands full. It seems like everyone is trying to sneak something into his mouth all the time. Don't worry Bridger, I will look out for you. :) ha ha (I'm sure he would rather I didn't look out for him in this case actually).
